Visible Roofers, a service of Outbound Ops Agency LLC (“we”), operates visibleroofers.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: there are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers and no cross-site cookies.
What we collect
- The audit form you submit — only the fields you enter (e.g. name, email, phone, city, business details) and only when you submit them. This is consented, first-party.
- Minimal first-party funnel signal — a page-visit event (path, referrer, UTM
parameters) and a “section read” event when a page section has been on screen long
enough to count as read. These use a first-party session identifier (in
sessionStorage, not a cookie) and are not shared with third parties.
What we do NOT do
- No third-party advertising/analytics trackers; no cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your audit request, to understand which content is useful, and to improve the site. We operate in the United States. We rely on your consent (the audit form you choose to submit) and on our legitimate business interest in operating and improving the site (the minimal first-party funnel signal). We do not sell or share your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep audit-form submissions while we are actively working with you as a prospect or client, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete or anonymize them. The first-party funnel events are aggregated or deleted within 12 months.
Your choices & rights
- Analytics. The first-party funnel signal is minimal, cookieless, and first-party. Where a consent banner is shown, declining stops those events.
- Access, deletion, correction. You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and to delete or correct it. If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing — and as stated, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email privacy@visibleroofers.com; we respond within 30 days.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare (hosting / CDN), Supabase (database), Fly.io (application hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), DataForSEO (search-data), and DocuSign (e-signature for agreements). Web fonts are self-hosted on this domain, so loading the site makes no third-party font request.
